We thank you for your interest in our North Carolina mountain real estate. Secret Springs is a private community where you can live among the splendor of the Blue Ridge Mountains, nestled between sunrise and sunset in the High Elevations of Roaring Creek Township. Secret Springs offers a beautiful blend of mountains, streams, flora and fauna only minutes from the atmosphere of upscale Banner Elk, eclectic Boone and historic Blowing Rock. This unity of nature and local charm is what we call High Country living.
When I first walked this property, I was truly inspired by the "spirit" that eminates from its many breathtaking views and the calming sound of its babbling brooks. In my 18 years of real estate development, I have never seen a piece of property with this grand a combination of views, water and tranquility. The cooler temperatures at the 4,500' summit provide welcome relief from scorching summer temperatures. Perched upon the summit, delicious views of Grandfather, Beech and Sugar Mountains are a feast for the eyes.
Myself and my land development partner, Jane Starets, share an affinity for the "spirit" of this land. We have gone to great lengths in planning, to let nature guide the design. Each home-site was carefully chosen to maximize the unique long range mountain views and proximity to the calming streams. Our goal is to provide a lush natural hideaway with the world of nature at your doorstep. It is our special privilege to introduce you to this exceptional haven of tranquility and peace.

P.S. An Exciting Update:
A 116 acre tree farm adjoining our community has recently been purchased by the Appalachian Conservancy (please insert correct name). Not only does this protect our breathtaking views but there is a waterfall on this land that our residents will now be able to enjoy hiking to. This is in addition to the walking trails throughout Secret Springs.
Building is not permitted on other preserved lands around us: Grass Ridge to the North West, Roan Ridge to the North (home of the Appalachian Walking Trail), Big Yellow and Little Yellow Mountain.
An additional 800 acre national forest land is located at the end of Roaring Creek. This is a beautiful setting for occasional summer bluegrass jamborees.
The neighboring land to our community is either too steep or too sheltered for development.
We expect that there will never be a housing community within view of Secret Springs.
For those seeking seclusion yet proximity to shopping, dining, activities and culture, Secret Springs will be your dreamed of location.
